This is a smoke screen rife with corruption.

This proposal is just a smoke screen filled to the brim with corruption. 

The proposed wharf rehabilitation is only to effect cultural,  environmental,  financial and visual disaster via the proposed wind turbines projects and associated,  dangerous ammonia pipeline and plant in the greater Exploits Area.

I recommend a full plebiscite/vote on these projects with plenty of notice, in person voting with ID clearly showing the voter's residence in the greater Exploits area and real time monitored vote counting.  The results to be published no later than 1 day post vote. No one wants these projects in our area . That will become abundantly clear.
