Heartland Generating Station Project

ATCO Power Canada Ltd. proposes to construct and operate a natural gas-fired power plant located 14 kilometres northeast of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The power plant, expected to operate for about 35 years, would have a maximum power capacity of 503 megawatts.
