ToB 23DP65 7 Fairholme Place Deck Repair

The proponent is proposing to repair the existing deck at 7 Fairholme Place. Work will involve partially demolishing the existing deck and piles and installing the new deck and piles. The new deck will require four new piles and be approximately 9m2 larger than the existing one. No changes to utilities are anticipated. The project will take approximately four weeks to complete.

April 16, 2024 – Parks Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Parks Canada is inviting public comments until May 16, 2024 respecting that determination.
